French Macaron Workshop

Amaze your loved ones with a new skill in making macarons or just surprise them with a sweet surprise gift bake by yours truly!

Details:

• Duration: 4 Hours.
• Type: Full Hands-on.
• Recommended age: 16 Years Old and Above.
• Equipment, ingredients and packaging will all be provided for use.
• Each student will go home with ONE BOX of at least 12 macarons.

You will learn:

• Theory of macaron making
• Technique of folding the macaronage
• Correct piping technique
• Make the fillings
• Assemble the macarons

*Students will work in PAIRS pre-baking and INDIVIDUALLY  to decorate their cupcakes.
